Super polite and professional. He had a little trouble getting the key programed to my car but he did a bunch of research on his own time and was very persistent. Everything worked out great in the end 10/10 would recommend

I lost my keys to my tow rig at Thunder Hill. I searched for them for hours and realized it was late and if I wanted to get home I should look for a locksmith. I gave Lock & Roll a call at 6pm on a Saturday night(This is after hours) and he was able to meet me quickly and create a key for a fair price and get my on my 3+ hour way home. Lock & Roll is the only place you should call.

I called Lock and Roll to inquire about a new key fob. I made an appt for the next morning. Gerald not only showed up on time he texted me to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived, I met a very professional knowledgeable person. Gerald was great answering all my questions and explaining the process of what needed to be done. I highly recommend Lock & Roll for any of your key/lock issues!

Gerald was on time and went above and beyond changing the locks on a new home purchase. He even went to the store for us to get new hardware and repaired the misaligned deadbolts. I highly recommend this company !!!
