New Berlin Self Storage is a very secure storage facility at a competitive price with a a great manager, Suzanne, who goes out of her way to ensure customers have a great rental experience!
Working with the property manager Suzanne was a pleasure. She went out of her way to accommodate my situation for a rental. She was very available and responsive to my emails and telephone calls, even during COVID.nThe facilities are very nice. The building with my storage unit was ultra clean, looked new. Security was excellent. I recommend this facility.
Amazing facility, LOVE the 24-7 access, Suzanne is amazing to work with and super flexible. Very clean, brightly lit. This has been one of the best storage units we have used. We highly recommend New Berlin Self Storage.
