Very friendly service!

Got an oil change and they didn't tighten down all the screws for my engine splash shield. Or, they lost them all together. I noticed it hanging down off my car a few days later. Just glad it didn't get torn off driving down the road and fly into another car.

I've always found them to be reliable, do good service, and very informative when you need to have questions answered.

Let me start off by saying I’m not from here i came all the way from Indiana for a business trip and as usual leave everything for last minute I needed an oil change and I was struggling to find a good place with decent prices I was told by the hotel staff that there was one down the street I called and liked that it was first come first serve but then they said it was 80-100 plus bucks if I wanted to spend that much I would of just went to my dealership so upon getting off of work I happened to look up and saw that there was a good year I saw there sign for oil change starting at 20 bucks I got really excited and called right away I talked to Jim the manager and he right away gave me information I told him I was coming in less then a minute as soon as I got there I was greeted and felt very welcomed again I’m not from here and let me just say people from Sheboygan Wisconsin are so amazingly friendly he went over the procedure and told me they will get started right away we ran into a little pickle when maintenance guy came and told us he had never worked on a make and model like mine but let me tell you these guys are so smart and he was determined I was a little scared at first given the fact that people always say be careful when people touch your car because they can actually damage it but nope he did an incredible job thanks to Jim and the guys at good year my first oil change was fast convenient and well priced I wish I could drive up four hours to get my service here but unfortunately I can’t ud83dude29ud83eudd23 thanks Jim and everyone who helped at Goodyear you guys are definitely five stars!
