Little Caesars Pizza

Food was really good and ready on time. I think some of the people leaving one star reviews are to quick to judge this place. Cut them done slack, they opened less than a month ago. The drive through pick up is also a huge plus.

Was in a rush to get my guys lunch, the hot and ready menu apparently is not ready at a prime lunch time. Second girl comes to the window, didn't knw that I had even been helped. Hands full of paint, so clearly not washing hands task to task.nnWill be calling the health department for sure.nnJust said forget the pizza and left.nnOff to a good start, as one of the few fast service food places on North side.nnDefinition of ready means pull up and go or advise the customer of a wait and how long

I have been to Douglas Ave location a few times. Great service, friendly staff and fresh pizza every time. The manager I think her name was Brittney, she was respectful, went above and beyond for the customers and great customer service. I will be back again very soon.

This was my first time at your new location and it was the worst experience. I place my order ahead of time and was told the order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after my call my order was not ready, and part of my order was not even prepared. No one communicated how much longer I would be waiting while they made the pizza that they forgot from my order. All I heard was swearing as the staff were not in masks, touching their hair and then touching the food Mostly a staff named Brittany I believe. No one handling food was in gloves. Still no communication as to what was going on as the rest of my order sat on the counter getting cold for the next 20 minutes. Another customer came in complaining about their order and was give. Part of mine. Finally the missing items were ready over 30 minutes later but now I was missing items that they just gave away to the other customer. Also during this time multiple customers came in and were not helped or even acknowledged until standing there for 10 minutes and were greeted with swearing and a cashier without a mask. At this point I just left without the missing items from my order and will never go back.nnAlso to top everything off my pizza I was waiting on is raw dough!!! My order was over $60 I will never step foot in this establishment again. What a disappointing restaurant for the north side or Racine.nnI have worked fast food in a supervisory capacity and have never seen such disorganization and pure lack of customer service. All of the staff need re training!!!

Food was ready on time and fresh. However, I ordered stuffed crust sausage and got a stuffed crust pepperoni along with a thin crust pepperoni. The pizzas weren't even cut. Lol. I don't mind cutting it myself, however, the order wasn't correct.
