So this use to be Misters oil change, looks like valvoline is now the service provider. The employee i encountered today was a horrible experience that makes both times coming here a bad experience. I will no longer use this oil shop as the employees are lacking in the quality of customer service/ 45 min wait on a 4 bay shop. Pretty sad. Use to be in and out all fluids checked and smile on my face.. so long

Have gone to this place for years, and after this last experience will never go back. Charged me $70 for an oil change, stripped my oil drain plug, and loosened my tire valve core the last two times. Also, missing the tire valve cap on two tires after they filled my tires.
