My fav store when it comes to grocery shopping. Got the app, so have coupons plus the sales going on.

I posted a review about 6 months ago. Gave 5 stars. After using the new system of pick-up from the store, I am changing to 2 stars. The service was awesome when Shipt was doing it, but now that the store is doing it with the employees, it is HORRIBLE. They don't check expiration dates, (even if you write a note and ask) my order was not complete, I was told when they loaded my groceries I was missing 3 things, got home and I was missing 14. The way my items were bagged was absolutely insane. I got home and had my personal watermelon on top of my soft box of fiber bars, and my 5lb bag of potatoes was on top of my Oreo cookies, I mean REALLY? I understand that this is a service that is offered, but it should not be it the people do not care!

My only complaint is that it is an hour away. I needed parsnips and when I asked for some the employee said wait one minute and busted open a box that had just come it. Service with a smile. Kudos Meijer.
