Lion's Den

Went to the Lions Den for the first time with my boyfriend today and purchased a card game that didn’t have any directions on the box but seemed fun. Opened it up and the cards appeared to be blank so we went to return them. Turns out the cards were “tear away” but there were no directions that stated so. One of the women that helped us explained it and showed us but the other was extremely rude. When we asked if we could return them she said “nope” in a very rude tone and when my boyfriend asked why she replied with “well first of all you just tore open like three cards and we also don’t take refunds on these type of products unless they are actually defective” first of all, my boyfriend only slightly opened ONE after the other woman opened one to show us. they also didn’t have it posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt saying they don’t accept refunds and when we checked out originally they also never mentioned this. I totally understand no refunds on personal products but on a card game? really? and to say that my boyfriend tore open multiple cards when he only did one AFTER the woman working opened another? her tone and demeanor towards us was very disrespectful especially considering that we were respectful towards her and also were unaware of how the game cards were set up and the refund policy. we will not be returning to the lions den thanks to her.

Literally worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had some colorful situations I’ve suffered through. On top of the complete disregard for respect towards a customer there was also some random no refund policy they seemed to pull out of nowhere at there own convenience since there were no signs posted on the matter. All stemming from a question about a product was met with complete and utter disrespect and constant attitude as if I was a bother as a CUSTOMER. No wonder u don’t do refunds with ur terrible customer service u can’t afford it cause nobody should go to this place with the intent to spend money unless u want to feel completely belittled for trying to support there dying terrible excuse for a business. Definitely do not recommend wasting ur time here especially if ur not a fan of terrible people

Went here with my girl, and the dude at the register would not stop staring at us and following us. Not because we were suspicious. But because he was being a creep to my lady. There were others in the store.. Felt extremely uncomfortable here. He should have minded his own business, be professional and let us shop in peace.

Never been dissatisfied with their service here. Both the men & women employees are professional and easy to communicate with. Their products are pricier, but the one-on-one customer service is worth it.

Stopped in with my husband to be able to get a few things yesterday evening and was really impressed. We are new to the area, and here for work. The selection is great and the lady who was working was amazing. She was super helpful, resourceful, great multitasking, very personable and was truly on point. Great gal! Was also great at when a situation arised, she took initiative and handled it amazingly, didn't make it a big deal, amazing problem solving skills. Was very impressed. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work.
