We had been shopping for a 2021 Cherokee Trailhawk for over a month and knew what color and options we were looking for and had been to three other Dealerships before we went to Gandrud. Even though Gandrud did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for Matt Gonwa was able to find us the vehicle we wanted (in fact it even had more options) and got us a cheaper price then the other Dealerships were offering for Trailhawk’s with less options. There are two Dealerships closer to us but it was well worth going to Gandrud. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to get a new Jeep vehicle. Matt really went the extra mile to make sure we got the car we wanted. The whole shopping experience with Matt was a pleasure and never was there any high pressure sales tactics like we experienced at some of the other Dealerships. We will definitely be back to see Matt when we need another vehicle.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would discourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle here. I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee 5 months ago from here and have had nothing but issues with it. I was told the vehicle was in perfect condition leaving the lot and I hadn’t even arrived home and the check engine light was on. It is week after week I have a new issue with this vehicle on things that should not have passed an inspection before leaving the lot. I completely regret buying from them and would not recommend them to anyone else.
