The Royal Group

We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with the royal group. They were very helpful from start to finish. All of the people that we spoke to were pleasant and knowledgeable, and Caroline did a Beautiful job on our front door lock. Caroline was personable, professional and very thorough. She also gave us a great chicken wing restaurant recommendation! We will not hesitate to call them again Or to recommend them.

This system is so easy to use. I love the email notifications informing us of who is opening and closing our business and what time it takes place. Also if anyone enters when we are closed.nThe installation was professional and explained in detail. This company really wants their clients to be happy with their service and it shows! I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! I worked with a few people from Royal Group; initially Greg came and walked me through all of the options I had regarding a new alarm system, accessories, etc. He gave detailed descriptions of the equipment, and used his knowledge of the systems to give suggestions for what would work best in the space. I emailed with Rex about quotes and final decisions; he responded very quickly. Then, Matt came for installation, and walked me through how to log in and use the system we chose. The entire process was quick and effortless. Thank you!

I had a very intricate frame that I wanted to cover in mirror, lots of angles and curves. I called Tom at The Royal Group to see if it was something they could do for me. I brought the mirror to their shop and Tom explained the process and confirmed that it could be done. About a week later I got the call that it was completed. I was thrilled with the results!! The mirror is absolutely stunning, the workmanship is excellent and the service is beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Royal Glass to anyone needing mirror or glass work. They are the best!

Greg, Matt and Keith provided excellent work - on time, under budget and very good communication about the details of our project. This is my second time hiring The Royal Group for work, and they have the right combination of fair pricing and great service. Can't recommend enough!
