This place deserves the highest of praise. It’s classic, delicious, and a blast from a past that I unfortunately wasn’t alive for.nnThe style and decor are on point.nnThe staff’s uniforms and attitudes were aligned and outstanding.nnThe food was quality but also classic.nnWhen I asked about the chili burger, it was explained as more of a spicy meat sauce without beans, which is accurate to the time period they are eluding to. It was excellent. I loved it.nnThe fries were perfectly crispy without excessive oil.nnBris fries has been around for over a decade in Colchester and Milton is lucky to have them.
