delicious smoothies! Half a block from the bike path! We shared the “Moonstone” fruit smoothie on the lovely patio. They have a nice menu of wraps, sandwiches and smoothies. Cowabunga made us feel comfortable about social distance with nicely spaced tables outside on the patio and set up for ordering. We were served quickly - everything was perfect. I only tried one smoothie, and it was outstanding. Great location on Robinson street in ‘old’ Wakefield. This is so close to the bike path - what a great place to take a break!

Best sandwiches we’ve ever eaten. We go every weekend as our ritual while we’re in town. We’ve also taken every house guest and family member we’ve had at our house to cowabunga and everyone is kind of speechless over the sandwiches. ud83eudd24 During covid times, Miranda comes out and delivers sandwiches curbside, always with a sunny disposition and is quick to appreciate her customers and makes friendly conversation. We always roll up our window saying how nice she is. We’re so happy to continually support this hard working family who brings us joy to our bellies every weekend.

Delicious. Cowabunga sandwich was amazing. Highly recommend. Old Mountain and Peace Dale were also very good.

Great sandwiches and wide assortment of healthy drinks and chips. My favorite chip is the Black truffle Mushroom.
