Was helping a good friend move so personally I can not really give a true review.
Not to happy with them they randomly put up the price on the Storage units most of us have a Budget and can't afford to pay any extra fees. With this COV19 going on some of us are out of WORK.
I got robbed for everything all my children’s things with mines as well yet they couldn’t see anything in camera and cops did nothing I have a feeling they stole all my stuff
I would highly not recommend this storage company. Staff are super rude from staff to mangers. They dont keep good records for billing , dont seem to have an organized system. We moved out of unit we confirmed several times because we had an automatic payment on our card. We were told it was all set and two months later still getting charged. We called to fix this mistake several times. They continue to make the same mistake and we are talked to as if its our fault this keeps happening . I suggest you keep record of payments and charges. Also take picture of unit once you move out.
