Very busy and professional he did a great job.

I went to the place in Pawtucket first on Lonsdale and they we're so unhelpful that we walked out. So then we went to the one on Broad Street in Providence and had the easiest time with the best Clerk, she was wonderful. We were in and out maybe 10-15 minutes and drove away with the truck no problem.
Quick and easily rented a clean modern truck, out in 10 minutes. Then realized I didn't need the truck after driving 2 miles away, so I returned it with no hassle. The main charge couldn't be waived by anyone but the manager, so I was allowed to keep the contract open until the next day, when I would be able to speak to one.
Pretty great. Definitely had was I needed in a pinch. Self checkout is kinda rough.
