Extra Space Storage

Terry assisted me when choosing the right storage unit. She made this process quick and painless. The facility is clean and secure and I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of leasing a storage unit to go to Extra Space Storage in Johnston.

I've used a lot of storage places over the years, and this is amongst the best. Easy access, long hours and I got a great deal. I think the clerk was dealing with bothersome people when I first signed up so she was a bit irritable, but I didn't the up having any problems, and overall it was a low-hassle experience. I would recommend this place for storage.

I have stored here since 2015. The girls, Amy and Terri, are the perfect example of customer service. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have them.

Easy, spotless, affordable, pull in out of the weather. Really satisfied for something I’m not too excited to spend money on in general. It’s at least not a hassle.

Super easy no contact online set up, must of took 10 minutes to enter all info then went to site. My locker was clean and ready for move in. The people in charge of the site gave a me a curtesy call the following day and she was very nice. Overall great easy experience
