I loved the pizza dough to start with. Never expected it to be this fresh!
They have a special spicy dough for which they sign an undertaking before it. Coming from an Indian spicy food-lover, I didn't find it that alarming, although a must try this unique ghost-pepper dough if you're adventurous.
I liked the spacious underground location set to the liking of University of Utah students next to it. Hoping to return again soon!
Really good pizza in a college dive bar atmosphere.
We go there all the time. The giant pizza feeds the family for two days.
Fantastic pizza. We got the bacon berry pizza (not on the menu) and the calzone like “wise guy”. Absolutely delicious. Worth the 40 minute drive. The environment is fun too. It has a college vibe in a place that feels like a NY basement.
I love the PIE. I think this one tastes better than the other Pie Pizzeria locations (not sure why). I always get the Mountain of Meat. If you are on a keto diet, you can scrape off the toppings and 2 slices and a salad is more than enough food. They really load up their pizzas with cheese and meat.
