We needed to get locks rekeyed and an additional lock installed for our new home. The locksmith who came over was extremely professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. Great quality and outstanding customer service.

Great service, I needed a duplicate of a hard to find key. They had a blank by the end of the day.

We've been everywhere with no success,but here, we were able to get a key to fit our bicycle battery locks.nWhen everyone else said no, it was done here.nTrust me, these bicycle battery locks are so exotic, that even an older kawsaki key wouldn't work right.nBut, we found a key, the last one he had and it works well for a good backup key! As a design-build firm we have used the lock shops for all our pocket doors and entry doors as well as interior door hardware- quality is 2nd to none and they come out when we need them to in order to keep us on schedule with the houses we build! Good people to deal with- you get what you pay for and we always get quality with Lock Shop! I even just called in today to order some hardware and to purchase 3 exterior locks, they had what I needed in stock and they are installing this week to keep our project on time and get it secure!
