Very knowledgeable and calming. Works at a slow pace, be sure to monitor billable time so you don't get surprised by a big bill. Legal fees kept me from continuing to fight to keep my house for my children. (Divorce case). Settled outside of court. Lost the house, but felt Jeff had practical approaches needed for remediation. He kept expectations realistic and kept facts in perspective. He is very honest, down to earth, and very good person.

This is emotional stuff. Melish has a calming energy. Honest and knowledgeable. Walks you through everything. Will do everything possible to help parties communicate and compromise whenever possible. Open-minded and non-judgmental. He really cares about the children.
