The online menu doesn't describe the food at all. The pizza came with BEETS and mushrooms on it, which we did not order. Having a food allergy to mushrooms is no joke.nnThey didn't care when I called to ask why we had toppings that were not ordered. They said that's how it was made that day and they couldn't care less.nnOrdered Chowder and paid for it, and did not receive it. I had called and written in request on my grubhub order that we wanted to add minestrone and chicken noodle soup to the order IN ADDITION to the chowder. They claim I asked to switch them. I have it in writing on my order that I wanted two additional soups ADDED. Listening is important and they don't. I would never order here or eat here, they simply don't care about customer satisfaction one bit.

We went there for the first time after hearing good things and we were not disappointed. It was very delicious! The pizza, eggplant parm sub, and Italian sub were SO good! We'll be back next time we're in the area. :)

Being a girl from Northern New Jersey I am picky on Italian Delis and Paulys is top notch. My husband and I frequent the deli for sandwiches but we are also big on the catering here. I’ve ordered catering each year for Christmas Eve, Super Bowl Sunday, etc. and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. Called for a last minute small catering order this week to be picked up today for a small get together and everything prepared fresh and delicious. Extremely friendly staff as well. Highly recommend Paulys for your sandwich, deli and catering needs.

The food here is delicious! Unfortunately, the staff are miserable! I went in got a grilled cheese for my son which is burnt on one side and too soft on the other side. I got 1 more turkey club and soup which was already in the container. I was there for 35 minutes while the people behind me all got served first!
