Went in for an alignment and they did a diagnostic that showed problems persisting beyond a misaligned wheel. Offered multiple options for repair and were able to thoroughly answer any questions/concerns that arose. Would definitely come again if needed. My repair was a new steering rack, new tie rods, and an alignment which came to be around 1600. Honestly I think it’s a pretty fair price and they were finished earlier than expected. Fast work, credible, and GREAT customer service!
I went in for a safety inspection. I had a 10AM appointment and was led to believe it would take 2.5 hours. They got the job done, but it took double that - 5 hours & 20 min. Management was professional & courteous but they did not manage my job, including my expectations, well.
this place scams, horrible and tried to trick you into purchasing things you don’t need. Tried charging me $1,300 for brakes, then when i called to cancelled they still charged me $300. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a car shop. Go to Wakefield auto repairs, they are amazing and have great prices, Gabe goes above and beyond for his customers. He did my brakes for $650

Have been to this Midas location 3 -4 times and each experience has been 5 Stars!nThought my brakes were in need of repair, they were fine and I was told just that. Didn't need any work and left feeling 100% assured with no brake repair bill. Great day for me.nBasic oil change, inspection, and flat tire repair all went smoothly as well.nHighly recommended
