(read entire updated review!)Service was fine but Fox 'news' blaring in the waiting room ruined what would have been a good experience. They need to turn off the #fakenews or #grabyourwallet and go. I am not looking for bombastic political opinions of any variety when I go to get my car serviced.nUpdate*****nI came back to update my review to reflect the five star service I have received since the former review. It appears someone has stepped in and taken customer service and dialed it up to ten. I don't know if the front desk people received corporate training or what but they were top notch. Professional, succinct and over delivered. The waiting room itself has been upgraded. No controversial tv (today show- not too loud) what appears to be new decor, a state of the art beverage center and chilled bottled water. They are now easily on par with other area dealers. The higher ups even warmly greeted everyone as they passed through the waiting room. All in all it feels like the whole staff went through a stellar customer service training and it shows!
