Best customer service ever at this store. I think her name was Rana. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about any question I had. I've been working on cars for a while and she's the best I've ever dealt with.
Great customer service!! I came in with a check engine light on with zero experience about what to do. After a computer reading, the salesperson, Josh, recommended a $5 solution to my problem. It quite possibly saved me a few hundred dollars at a mechanic. I really appreciate the advice I was given and my check engine light went off within a day!
Layout is too convenient ;-) With headlights in the first aisle and filters on the back wall, I'm not sure I'll ever learn what's in the middle of the store! (I don't do much auto maintenance myself, much less car repair.)
