Flood Mazda

I was recently looking for Cadillac SRX and Flood had exactly what I was looking for and when I called up two weeks before buying it. I spoke with Jason. His personality and kindness made it such a pleasure to work with him. I would call up asking about if MY car was still there ud83dude02 even though I didn’t buy It yet. Then he introduced me to Zach the salesman the day I came up to finally look at my car and made sure that I would get the payments I wanted. The final step was meeting Cody and he worked with me to get the lowest rate for my financing with all the bells and whistles. All three were a great pleasure to work with yesterday. Have been a big fan of flood Mazda for years, but the last few times I’ve gone for service, I’ve been left disappointed. Especially today, scheduled an oil change for 9 am decided to wait around for it figuring it couldn’t take that long, over 3 hours and didn’t rotate tires like I asked, so had to wait around even longer. It was a beautiful out, and waiting around ruined my entire day.

Flood Mazda has a nice and clean facility. They have courteous staff. I always receive quick and proper maintenance for my current vehicle. At the termination of my lease, their sales and finance people helped me with choosing a vehicle that fits my needs and financing it in a short time. I am very satisfied with my overall experience with this dealership
