We are beyond satisfied with our experience with Tom & his employees at LOPCO Contracting, from start to finish. Communication is excellent. Tom has replied in a timely (FAST) manner to all texts/calls. The men who worked on our deck & attic vent replacement projects were all professional, detail-oriented, friendly, polite....each with a great work ethic. They arrived on time, worked straight through from arrival until departure, with the exception of lunch break. The work site was immaculate when they left each day. We're already planning to have them return next year for our next project, and we've recommended them to friends & family. Don't hesitate to give them a call......you won't regret it!
I had Lopco paint my exterior porch. From the first moment I contacted them, they were very good about getting back to me, asking questions and keeping me informed of the project status - when they would be able to do the work, when they planned on coming out, etc. The work they did itself was well done. The staff was very nice too. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for other projects.
This contracting company is top notch. They answered all questions/provided updates in a timely manner, used quality materials, and completed the job within the time frame promised. Would recommend and will reach out to them if we ever have the need for another contractor.
Lopco was well recommended to us and lived up to their recommendation. We needed high-end custom made shutters installed on our 120 year old historic home and Lopco did a fantastic job getting the job done in an efficient manner and within our desired timeline. I particularly appreciated how responsive and easy to communicate with Tom was. Our project was relatively small but required experience and attention to detail and Lopco executed the installation perfectly and in a highly organized way. Highly recommend their services.
