Jade Tree Asian Bistro

There are lots of great places in Providence to get excellent sushi. This place is the best.nnThey have way more than sushi too. There is a HUGE selection, it’s crazy! Some of the dishes are things I don’t generally see in other Asian restaurants. Everything I’ve tried has been so good

Ordered via grubhub at 6:40pm. Food was supposed to be delivered at 7:30pm - 7:40pm. The food did not arrive. I called grubhub at 7:50pm to find out where my order was as the restaurant's number on the app was not working. I was told that the food was on it's way as the restaurant provides its own delivery (for a fee of $3.69). I waited until 8:35pm to try the restaurant again, as the food still had not arrived. I got through and was told that the driver had left 20 minutes ago and that they were really busy (I live 3 miles from the restaurant). It is now 9pm and the food has just arrived, over 2 hours from when it was ordered. I caution anyone ordering over the phone or via web to think twice about ordering food from this place.

I get delivery frequently from Jade and the food is always tasty. I really like the buns and dumplings.

I work on Atwells Ave and need to give advise on where people should go to eat and i will be telling people to avoid this location. Generic premade sushi even the wasabi was cheap tasting it could have been the fact it took forever to be delivered 3 blocks down the road and might have been sitting for a long time not sure either way not impressed. There are much better places downtown even on atwells
