Big Tony's Pizza

My pizza was left at the shop, it happens. I called to see if my pizza could be placed back in the oven since it was still at the shop and was most likely going to be cold. Before I could say anything I was cut off and hung up on by the Manager Eli. He didn't even let me get my question out. He wouldn't even listen to me to try and make things right. He told me to call back tomorrow because he just started his shift and my order was made before his shift. I didn't even want a refund, just a warm pizza. Everyone else was polite and I don't usually have bad service. Eli needs to take a course on customer service.

Normally I order from u guys but no more. I ordered a chicken and broccoli pizza normally it comes with white sauce and this time it didn’t. I called so I can get the right pizza and was told it comes with red sauce. When it doesn’t I can’t believe I paid $20 for a pizza I didn’t order. I will not be using them again

Not open hours they say they are....stare at you blankly when you arrive at 2a...strong work ...next 2 pizzas I pick from elsewhere...

Delicious, fair priced, and reliable. We get this for our office lunches a lot (well, at least before covid). Always a safe bet. Try the garlic knots, those are ridiculously good!
