The food is not bad but I've had multiple scenarios where the food was not what I asked for. They were more than happy to refund/correct the order when I called back, but it's still disappointing when you get all the way home and it isn't what you wanted. Maybe some organization would help.
Went in for pickup the other day. The employee and his 2 friends hanging out had no masks and failed to put them on when I entered. Its just courteous gents. Shame because the foods good.

Love Tom's kitchen I prefer chicken wrap , best in the Providence and I love the homemade chips and the pizzas great ,great customer service.
Never ordered from toms before I ordered a pizza garlic bread and a large Italian. I do not even like pizza I order it for my wife and daughternnIt was absolutely amazing pizza! We all loved it soooooo gooooood. The garlic bread and sandwich was also very good.
