The owner and Casandra were awesome!!! They were very friendly, made the wait enjoyable and were super quick. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs some locksmith work done. Will come back again!!

I discovered Atlantic Locksmiths when I called East Side Service Center to inquire if they could install a replacement ignition system on my 2002 Honda Civic. The technician said they don' t service Honda's and recommended Atlantic Locksmiths.nnWhen I called and spoke to the very pleasant and helpful employee, Cassandra, she also informed me that if I am a AAA member, the cost of replacing the ignition would be reduced by $50 if I contact AAA and have them dispatch their locksmith truck to where my car is located.nnAfter following Cassandra's instructions, I received a call back from her and she informed me when to expect the repairman to arrive. I also received a second call from her indicating that the repairman was leaving his last customer and heading to my location. I also received a text message from AAA indicating when the repair truck would arrive.nnBrian, the repairman arrived on time and informed me the problem was not the ignition; it was a worn-out key. He quickly cut me a new master key using the spare valet key which had barely been used. He programmed the key to work with my vehicle and was done in 15 minutes.nnI was impressed with Brian' s professionalism and courtesy. After he left, I received a follow-up call from Cassandra.nnI am extremely impressed with the people who work at Atlantic Locksmiths. I highly recommend them and commend them for their great customer service and quality of work.nnIn addition, their price was very reasonable.nnThanks for your wonderful service.

I called to have the locks changed over in my store. The locksmith was on site within the hour, he was very helpful, & very knowledgeable. I will be calling these guys next time I need a locksmith.

Best customer service hands down, will go nowhere else Cassandra goes above and beyond for you and the owner is also a great guy and very honest
