I rarely have to wait, and the cut is the same each time I go. When I tell the barber how I want my hair cut, he cuts my hair according to how I request it, not how he thinks it will look best. I have been to barber shops where the barber knows only one hair cut and every patron is getting that cut regardless of what they ask for.
