Mad rag comnnI was given this portal to make a complaint. The DM Tina refused to give me her direct supervisors information at the Atwells avenue providence RI location. I had originally reached out to a higher level of employment due to the outrageously poor customer service I neglected to receive! I will never again shop with this store as I’ve been shopping here with my 5 sisters since we were kids in high school! We all will discontinue our business as well as other family and friends! In a small state like this, everything is word of mouth. After this awful encounter with Wanda a associate in that store her attitude is atrocious and down right ghetto! I have been in customer service management for the last 9 years in a call center I know first hand poor customer service! I wouldn’t be where I am today not knowing how to exhibit appropriate service to a customer! I walked in with a exchange she spotted the bag and aggressively said “bring the bag the counter for we don’t think your stealing” that’ was a bizAre approach needless to say I continued on to the counter with my exchange slightly embarrassed ud83dude29 as it was shouted from across the front of the store where the registers are !! Number two she pokes the bag in the counter dropping the items nearly to the floor, before even really looking at skew numbers or maybe be the design of the items she’s now loudly and ghettoly saying “this is not belong to this clothes” not quite understanding her vocabulary I said what are you saying mam? She now gets louder “ you no have the right paper for this clothes” yes I sure do, so now I have to do her job for her and compare skews go get a identical sweater; because he or the new manager could spot the sweater clearly on display! They lied and said it was marked down and no longer in the store do to a High turn over to cover the fact both her and management did not know what they were doing AT ALL! I could go on but at this point I’m sure if this dose get to cooperate you all get the gist of my awful experience at mad rag!

They have absolutely no customer service. I bought something and when it did not fit went to return it and they said it was final sale. Why was I not told when I bought it. I know people need jobs but if you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE hid behind closed doors or a grill at burger king.

IUSED TO fit in their clothes and loved it

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, most of the employees are rude and all they do is talk and do not assist customer. And they do not pack their items propertly! They always mix the shoe (pair) sizes and they do not explain their policy to customers and I think they don't even know their own policy!

I don't understand why the sign says they close at 9pm. But dressing room was off limits at 8:25pm. I went and double check with the sales girl who was busy chatting with another sales girl and she said yes the dressing is room closed. I can see closing the dressing room down at 8:45. But 8:25 that just bad customer service. To busy talking instead of helping a customer out. I live out of town and would never come back to this store even if it last minute just like it was now.
