Walgreens

I’ve been going to this pharmacy when it was Brooks. Before that I think it was Douglas Drug. Anyway I’ve always liked it until it changed to Walgreens after Rite Aid! Walgreens is horrible. You can tell even the staff hate their jobs! If your staff isn’t happy then you won’t have happy customers! I’ve been in management twenty years now.. Walgreens you need some major managerial revamping!

Today I had to go to this location for an item and checking out a man was not following social distance behind me so the cashier told him to back off. I was glad to finally have that service in a pandemic

Walgreens on Smith Street - Cashier not helpful and seemed bothered by being asked a simple questions. Neither of the cashiers had their masks fully on so didnt feel safe buying my purchase. Just quickly made one purchase. I will continue by business at CVS where I always get Excellent service.

The pharmacy is awful ever since they switched from Rite Aid. Takes forever to reach someone to refill meds. Ridiculous.
