Great experience all around. The management and technicians were friendly, professional, efficient and performed an excellent job. I will continue to bring my car here for all its maintenance and highly recommend this shop and all the people who work there. Thank you Midas team of North Providence!
I came in to get my car inspected, anticipating brake work needed to be done. It took them 3 hours to inspect my car and they charged me an extra $30 just to tell me exactly what brake work I needed done in order to pass inspection. $400 quote just to get rear rotors changed - got them done elsewhere for $240. On top of that, not a single mechanic was wearing a mask when inside of customers’ cars, and the majority of staff in the waiting area did not have masks on or wore them incorrectly. Overall just pretty displeased with my experience.nnEdit to add a response to their response: after further looking into it, I was given a $415 estimate that included work that I did not ask for.
Was a good experience, learned about car plus great service.
Very friendly and great attitude but when you don't agree a part needs to be replaced immediately midas will make sure the part is worse condition than when it arrives. I will never use them again
They straight forward can't complain at all a little high on prices but time is money they get u in and out no problems ever..
