I never leave reviews, but my experience with Wayne's was so excellent that I had to express my thanks. They were incredibly fast, communicative, and well-priced. After examining my car, they sent me a thorough, easy-to-understand report that detailed exactly which areas were good, in need of future repair, or in need of immediate attention, including explanations and pictures. Pick-up and drop-off was flexible. I won't be going anywhere else in Providence now!

I just relocated to the area, and I'm so excited to have found a trustworthy mechanic shop that is honest and upfront with problems, costs, and timing. They are super informative too, which is helpful for a first-time car owner. Trish and Cait were incredibly helpful in breaking up (a ton of) work that needed to be done to help me break my payments into manageable amounts, and prioritize safety concerns. I genuinely feel like this shop has your best interest at heart, and I will most definitely be returning!

I brought my Nissan Maxima in for an inspection and review before my trip to NY. Trish & the team provided me with amazing service & value. The best part was the details that went into the report and told me what I should do.nnMost places would try to sell you on a service but they provided Guidance & Knowledge to help me understand what was important and what could wait.nnI would highly recommend them to anyone looking for 5 Star Service and grdat communication.

My tire had a nail in it and the team at Wayne’s was great. They got it done between jobs and called me back quickly. Great value and not pushy at all. Shout out to Trish for being so lovely!

I am relatively new to Rhode Island, and the East Coast in general, so I didn't know who or what shop to trust when it was time to have my Buick Regal serviced. After the obligatory googling of mechanics in Providence, I decided to take my car to Wayne's Service Plus and I am so pleased I did. Within a few hours of dropping my car off, I received an e-mail and a phone call from Trish with complete inspection results and recommended repairs. Throughout the process, communication was always friendly and clear, and I have never experienced such a high level of customer service from an auto repair shop. My car now runs great, and I am very appreciative of the fine work from the skilled technicians. This is the only shop I will recommend to those in the Providence, Rhode Island area.
