I was reffered to Charles Street Auto by a good friend. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drive away in my SUV, the friendly atmosphere was very warm & welcoming. Such friendly staff. I had an amazing experience purchasing a car from this dealership. My father has been busying cars from them for years but just being able to be there as well allowed me to see from first hand the friendly and great atmosphere a person get as you walk in. The staff is very friendly and take good care of you . They make sure the car you purchase is in good shape and treat their customers like people instead of another $$$$$. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone because they will get you what you need and are willing to go above and beyond to make the customer feel satisfied!

They provide fabulous customer service, the sales man called Mathew is a great guy, very friendly and take care all of your questions by very positive attitude, I bought a car for my sister, before that, we saw many cars from them, we test drove all of them, Mathew took care of us and never felt tired. I would recommend this dealership to my relatives and friends.

Bought a 2005 Nissan Titan from Ray and Don. They were alright at first but their service suck and their prices are great because they buy in quantity not quality. In all honesty you get what you pay for. They don't really have a service department and wherever they take it to will damage your car guaranteed. Ray still owes me $100.00 but thats okay im not worried about it. Just goes to show what kind of guy he really is. Be very careful going here, buying a car here is a mystery prize, you really do not know what you will be getting. Sales part of it is great, service sucks, and Ray can be pretty shady.
