Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minuts.nThen was at the window to pay for the coffee for over 10 minuts! Nobody came to the window. The line of cars were out to the street. I won't be going back there
Love Mary-Louise Coffee. The issue....they are wildly inconsistent from store to store and from employee to employee. Here today your girls were great, sweet and had great personalities....and to top it all off the coffee was great too. But due to consistent inconsistencies with how coffee is made its a solid 4 for this establishment. Normally 3 stars with the inconsistencies BUT 5 STARS TODAY WITH THESE 2 VERY GOOD EMPLOYEES (2 dark haired woman - thank you) so a 3 and a 5 equal out to a 4. Thanks hard working employees for raising my stars to a hard 4 with your actions. Keep doing great things ladies.
