I had a truly wonderful experience with Claudia Rocha, an accountant I contacted through the H&R Block website. She was able to successfully deal with several different tax issues I was facing. Throughout the process, she was great at explaining every step and always quickly responded to my many questions. I ended up getting back more money from the IRS than I had expected, thanks to her efforts. She is based in Rhode Island, but helped me with a different state’s taxes as well.

She trustworthy, dedicated, informative, efficient and attentive, presents herself with the utmost professionalism, and has such a kind personality. Joy takes the time to educate me each step of the way, answers all of my questions, and goes above and beyond providing guidance for all of my options and which I will most benefit from. She has provided useful information that helps prepare me for the following tax year. She is patient and kind. This is already an overwhelming process and it is comforting to know that the person you are working with is a professional.

I'm so happy they took care of me so promptly and very patient with me and my situation. Once everything was together they ran with it and got it done!!! Very polite and professional no matter how many times I called they did there absolute best to take care of me.
