I always hated the impersonality of having someone help me do my taxes. Then I was introduced to Lorenzo in 2014...nnI can call Lorenzo with questions anytime throughout the year. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about a plethora of topics and always answers my phone call or is quick to call me back. He truly cares about providing me with the best experience and I have stuck with him for the past 7 years because of that.nnFast forward to 2021 and I have started my own business. Lorenzo really put me ease during tax season this year. I get anxious about filing incorrectly or not getting the most out of my return and he made the process less stressful on my end.
