Safe Harbor Island Park

Name changed - Island Park - Safe Harbors Marina. Busy launching boats. Updating facilities.

This is a great place to keep your boat and to get work done. Brandon Kidd has been nothing but hospitable and from the very start did more than we would expect from any marina. Right off the bat a courtesy car to take for the day while we got settled in, a ride to the train station when we were ready to leave and a full service operation to take care of our boat. Electronics, refrigeration, rigging.....done in a hot hurry at the busiest time of the year. First class, full service, a great sense of humor, very fair prices and he stays on top of it all. We have found a home for our boat and are very very happy with Brandon Kidd and Pirates Cove.

This is a small friendly family run marina but still offers all the services of the big guys. The owner and his staff are helpful and easy to work with. Their pricing is competitive. The owner operates in a way that makes it obvious he values your business and the personal relationships formed over time. We have been here for more than a couple years. We had an old wooden boat that needed to be looked after diligently. Brandon and the other tenants of the marina (both on slip and moored) saved it more than once from becoming a hazard to navigation. We plan on staying.
