I went in for two coffees. I got my covers at the register went to get an ice coffee and it was empty. I went to the counter and let the associate know there was no ice coffee. She came over and started the ice coffee. I wanted a hot coffee and she started changing all the pots. I did ask for dark roast which wasn't available. I did start getting the ice coffee and went to the sugar machine and both machines were empty. At this point I dumped the iced coffee and went to Cumberland Farms down the road. This was at 9am. I don't understand how everything could not be ready for customers no matter what they are purchasing.
