Decent ice cream, but poor customer service. We missed toppings on our sundaes after she asked us twice. She stuck the iPad close enough for me to pay and then hit the no tip button. Good place but they need to focus on training their staff to have more personality or else people aren’t going to come back. Half the battle is product the other half is service and they didn’t do well. Other times I’ve been it’s been better but tonight was a thumbs down.ud83dudc4eud83cudffb

I ordered through the drive thru on Feb 3rd around 10am. The girl at the window was very rude. It doesn’t cost much to be nice. First of all she didn’t say hi. She sees how hard I’m struggling to put my card into the machine because I’m short and can’t reach and she starts looking around and pulls the machine closer to her. Then she shakes the bag with my food and I try to take it from her hand. She literally throws the bag towards me and walks away. Doesn’t say thank you or anything. Horrible service. If you hate your job then simply FIND ANOTHER ONE.
Family loves the ice cream and the variety available here! Quick, friendly customer service too!
It’s been some years since I’ve been. But, the waffle bowls are phenomenal! The mix-ins are perfect! The portions are large for a reasonable price. It’s a cozy place, and the drive through is a convenient bonus. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here.
