Pats Italian Coventry

Was not impressed! It was not bad it was just not worth the cost. 1appetizer @ 2 chicken & pasta dishes plus sodas for 70.00. I could have made the same with more flavor for about 20.00. Nice clean staff friendly. Food was just missing some flare.

My parents love this place so I eat here frequently. Unfortunately, I find the food sub par. The food is universally over salted, and the pasta is over cooked for my taste. If we order takeout for 4 people with an appetizer you are guaranteed to have at least one item with a slight error. Tonight’s visit the issue was crab cakes so over cooked they could not be cut with a knife. Not bad, but I don’t look forward to it.

As the dining room fills with more and more dinner guest, who are having conversations while dining. The ECO gets worse and worse. This was an issue when the establishment was Westcott Pizza. However Westcott Pizza solved the issue with sound absorbing materials hanging on the walls. I was eating in Pats dining room on 3/13/21 and as the ECO noise got worse, I noticed that the sound absorbing material that had been on the walls was gone. On the bright side. The food was very good! However, Unfortunately for Pat’s business and my pleasure of good food. I won’t be returning to Pat’s Italian in Coventry, due to the very uncomfortable ECO noise. I just can’t stand the ECO noise. I hope that this is read and taken in to consideration by the establishment. Because other than this issue its A1

We had takeout for my husband’s birthday celebration and was throughly disappointed! Eggplant parmigiana was difficult to cut even with a sharp knife. Tough tasteless and couldn’t be eaten. Veal sorrento equally disappointing. Clearly not good quality veal seemed like a veal patty not real veal. Neither of us could enjoy the meal. Would not recommend eating here.

OMG my veal Parmesan was so yummy we do take out every Friday and this was by far the best meal we have had in a long time.nThank you we will be back
