If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order for delivery. My location was pretty close to the Jimmy Johns & I did not receive my meal until an hour & half later. It should never take almost two hours for a sandwich regardless of you all being short staff. If that was truly the reason, then don’t accept any more orders until you’ve found yourself more help. But to make matters worse, I was told that I would be receiving a refund due to my long wait time, and that was a lie. I haven’t received my money, and then you all tried to blame it on the bank. I have escalated the situation to corporate, but unfortunately you all are a franchise and again it is back in your hands. Thanks for lying about giving me my money back, I will not be returning.

Good food, but not Freaky Fast, at least if you try to pick it up during the lunch hour. I've tried several times over the last several months; same experience at this location. But probably short staffed. Tough times.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called at 11:15 for the gargantuan sub to be delivered to my work cause were busy and I didnt want to leave. About 12:30 I call trying to figure out where its at, guess what still wasnt ready and they even had the address wrong after i said it 3 times. Bunch of ignorant kids want 15 an hour and there supposedly freaky fast, but yet cant have one sub ready and delivered not even mile and a half away in a decent time, pathetic.
