Awesome visit today! Faith made sure to call out names of whose drinks she was working on, which is greatly appreciated on a busy day like today. She even took a moment to clarify one of my drinks and educate me about the different options. It was a long wait, as it has been on Saturdays for months now, but this is the best customer service I've received in a while and it made waiting much less of a bother. Thanks Faith!
Long line but always moves fast for good coffee and great service!
Fast service! Was a line around the parking lot but still got through very quickly!!
Let me start off by saying this is my first ever time in a Starbucks let alone their drive thru. The line to get to the order screen was outrageous. They seriously could use two lines to decrease the wait time. Ordering was simple and the person taking my order was patient and helped when I needed it. Then I got to the window to get my drinks. I had to wait for the one to get done but I was asked about how my day was and if I had plans for the rest of the day. Then some more small talk while I waited. It was genuinely nice since it doesn't happen anymore. I only rated 4 out of 5 because of the wait. Everything else was above 5 out of 5! Thank you!
Busy, but fast service. Very polite baristas!
