I have used KV ELectric at my professional building and had no problems. I am accountant and I am also very busy too. I called last week to make and appointment to have some electrical work done at my new house, scheduled an appointment four days in advance. A no show by Ken the owner, I called 20 mins after the appointment -left a message -he called back -asked if I would be there long. I said 4pm, he said he was on his way. Then I received a call back that a client was coming in to sign paperwork. REALLY, not very professional at all. Will never call them for anything again. Stand up and be a man if you didn't want to do the job instead of stringing me along waiting my time and me making money as a small business.

Receptionist who I spoke to was very thorough and helpful scheduling our job also she was super nice.nnKen confirmed the date and gave me an exact window of when the guys would be here for the job. He also reviewed and talked through what they would do.nnElectricians who completed our job were amazing, kind, thorough and very professional. Also, you could tell they were very experienced. They were also very mindful of infection control which is a huge thing for me.nnKV did a huge job for us years back when we had our pool installed and they did all of the electric the 110% right way. The inspector actually took photos to show other sub contractors for pool stores how they ran the lines so they could duplicate Ken’s work.nnToday, the guys had to install and run an exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom through the attic, fixed a bunch of outlets with more than one switch on opposite ends of the hallway, install a huge fan and install a new Smart Thermostat.nnDefinitely would recommend them. Pricing is justified by the quality of work for sure.

I just had KV install all new LED lighting and switches in our basement. There was a minor issue with the crew accidentally damaging something down there, but Ken Sr. was quick to make it right. As far as the electrical work was concerned... 7 new light fixtures and a few new switches were all installed really well. Because of Ken Sr., I'll consider KV for future jobs around the house.

Great company. Ken was quick to respond. Needed work done same day and he made a phone call and changed his plans to accommodate. Workers did a great job. I will be using them again. A+ company!
