My first and last experience at this bowling alley was very disappointed with the customer service. NOT a family friendly experience.. They seemed annoyed with the kids as soon as they seen us. The kids were not acting up or being loud.. I wanted to leave as soon as we were greated with the attitude. I heard the old owners were friendlier. I just couldnt understand why we received the reaction we did. My grandsons birthday and he wanted to go or we would have left.
Called ahead and asked if there was gonna be room to have 10 people for my nephew bday, didnt want the whole birthday package just want close family and a little cake after wards. Was told it was ok and then upon arrival was told we were not allowed to bring in outside food, we tried to explain we called ahead and was told it was fine. The man continued to be rude and make comments that were not professional, not a family place anymore. Where is marty..... oh and our lane was down for a legit 10 mins and it counted towards our hour we bought we had two frames left on our first game, i found that a bit cheap the guy didnt even offer to let is finish our game we would have had the place been better maintained..... terrible experience
Fun experience. Decent COVID safety. Staff weren't the nicest.
Very nice me and my family had fun
Lots of fun, staff was friendly and really seemed to appreciate us being there!
