Echo Lanes

Very rude staff they always turn people away this place has terrible customer service. Worst bowling in warren you wanna have a good time go to Freeway at least they treat you right

It was an absolute disaster, the place is falling apart, the lanes were run down, and the bathrooms were disgusting. I will never go back here again. We asked for 2 lanes only to be told no at first then got 2 finally, only for the lane to not work. We than attempted to get a refund as the whole time are lane was not working correctly only to be told no because refunds are against there policy. The pins literally exploded out of the lane 2 times without a ball touching the thing. The other lane we had would randomly swipe through are names and take away are second turn. It’s sad to see the place in such poor condition. The parking lot is literally filled of potholes. I’ve never seen a bowling alley in this poor of conditions I’d strongly suggest going to freeway lanes or Cortland lanes.

Great fun! Building is a little old showing its age with a few drops from the ceiling (after a snow storm). But otherwise a great place for fun! Lanes are nice, facility is super clean bathrooms are nice and clean. Stop is super nice and very very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also sanitizing everything.

I grew up in this area, but currently live in Columbus, Ohio. Anytime I'm up to visit, we always go bowling at Echo. I'm here today with my family, and we can't even get a beer because they are not properly staffed. There are plenty of adults in this place that would like to enjoy a beer. No bartender til 5p.m. on Sunday Funday is crazy. Then the kids at the desk act like they can't call a manager to get someone in here to tend the Lounge. Why would they want to lose money like that??
