I brought my daughter to this Resort today and from start to finish it was just a great experience! It was absolutely worth the money! We had snowboard lessons and I thought the structure of the lessons was great also we had Jeremy for our instructor and he was huge part of why we had such a great time today! He is very knowledgeable about snowboarding and the way he worked with the girls was simply perfect! We hope to have him again in the future as an instructor! Staff is great and the experience was just awesome!

Had an issue with my family’s reservation number and Alyssa and Casey at customer service were awesome and helped us resolve the issue and we had a blast! The hills are a little smaller then I would have liked but the kids loved it and we had a great experience! Thanks Boston mills for having awesome helpful staff!

The resorts have gone down hill tremendously. I used to love and be so excited to go here as a kid. Now i dread going here to ski. The workers are not polite at all and are very full of themselves. Some of the lift operators go over the line with their jokes to the point where I had to stand up to one because of him making fun of a boy I was riding with who is 13. It is sad to hear that they consider the resort “family friendly” when it really is trashy. I am sad to say I will NOT be getting a season pass next season, as I donnot appreciate how people are treated here. Get your stuff together BMBW it’s sad to see a good place go down the hill so fast. Wish I could say I love going here but I really don’t:(

This place has just gone completely down hill. Tried booking lessons for a friend and the process was a nightmare. Website wasn’t working so I tried calling, got voicemail saying I would receive a call back. Never happened. Email wasn’t responded to for 5 days and in the email they said to CALL them to book lessons..... Went anyway.nnLift tickets are $50 which is insane for the slopes they offer. They have signs about COVID protocol but the place was at if not over normal capacity. They clearly just used it as an excuse to offer bad customer service and don’t actually care about it. Lift chairs are falling apart so I have no idea where the money is going for their overpriced lift tickets.nnSpend the extra $20 and make the trip out to Seven Springs especially if you are a first timer as there is no space at this resort to actually learn because they clog the mountain up so much you will spend most of your time dodging other skiers. I use to really enjoy this place but it’s clear something as changed and all that matters to them is profit now.

The two mountains combined offer a good variety of terrain and features. BW is a little smaller (lodge, amenities, etc.). BM has a nice sized lodge and a tuning shop where you can buy gear and have your own refreshed for the season. Everyone is always friendly and, if you go during the week, not too crowded!
