Station Road Bridge is one of the oldest metal truss bridges. I recently found out its listed on the National Register of Historic Places. I have been coming here for years and have seen the deck slowly deteriorate. Now the bridge is re-opened with a brand new deck. There are picnic tables close to the bridge. This is a stop for the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.nFrom the bridge, a right turn will take you to the Carriage Road Trail via the towpath. Turning left will take you under OH 82 that travels over the Gorge. On the way, you will pass the Mudcatcher, and an eagle's nest. Continuing on, you will be on your way to the Frazee House.

This bridge itself is pretty boring. However, it has a really nice view of the OH 82 bridge across the gorge, which is probably why you're looking up this bridge in the first place.

Part of the CVNP , nice trails to bike, hike, walk, or run, mostly flat with picturesque views of heron, cranes, turtles and you may see a snake crossing the paths now and then. Lots of photography enthusiasts seek out owls and bald eagles to photograph here

Beautiful views along the two paths, along with being accessible for bikes and families. A great place to see Brecksville’s culture and enjoy the day.
