Affordable, fun, friendly, clean atmosphere. Area is cleaned after every class. Not only is the owner Donny great to be around but, all the clients are friendly. They are very knowledgeable and help explain things in detail to help you grow and get better. This place is for anyone! They feature a large training area with 3 massive mat spaces, a full MMA cage and kickboxing area with lots of bags. Donny is consistenlty improving on the gym for the past 9 years he has been in business. He has been training in MMA and BJJ for over 15 years. BEST GYM IN TOWN!!!! If you are not training here your missing out. Best thing I can say about this place is FAMILY! Thats how they make you feel.

Top notch instruction, and top notch instructors. No need to have any fears showing up for your first training sessionnor asking any questions. The coach's here will take all the time needed to make sure you understand. The higher belts genuinely love too assist in any way. HICSMMA is a very clean facility and the atmosphere is family oriented. Whatever your goals are this is the place to achieve them at an affordable rate.

Massive gym, clean, great teammates, knowledgeable and professional instructors. Everything you could want in a gym. From guys like me who train for exercise and love of the sport, to people who want to be professional fighters. Top notch kickboxing and BJJ instruction for a very reasonable price, right here in Bowling Green. This is NOT some McDojo. If you want to learn what you are physically capable of, this is the place to do it.

I made the switch to HICS MMA from another local gym and it’s the best decision I ever made. I should of switched 10yrs ago. The atmosphere is unreal. Everyone is friendly and laid back. There are no big egos or intimidation at this gym. I feel that all the instructors truly have their students best interest at hand. Taking the time to help and demonstrate everything down to the very smallest details. I would give more than 5 stars if allowed. Have been coming for almost two years and couldn’t imagine wanting anything more. The new space is fantastic and is cleaned after every class. Everyone looks out for one another and makes training feel safe while also pushing you to grow. Coaches are fantastic and are really there to help you find and stick to goals.
