Best Crossfit gym in BG, hands down! The owners are awesome coaches and the people here are great too. Can't recommend this gym enough.
More than just a box- this place has become a second home as well as a second family. Ranges from beginners, to professional athletes, and everyone in between. Comradery at it's finest. THE BEST, most supportive CrossFit box around.
As someone who has never really worked out I was a little scared to start going to Crossfit. It is now a part of my weekly routine. Everyone is incredible nice and encouraging. Don't worry about being new. Everyone there is willing to help you be better.
