D1 is a high quality facility to grow as an athlete. We have been sending our boys for football training and it's amazing how they have grown and improved over the years.

D1 strikes a balance between consistency and variety, with a community of invested trainers and challenging workouts that keep me on my toes. It feels like home yet I never know what waits for me in workout. The various classes and time frames offer something for everyone. I’m grateful to D1 for pushing me.

D1 has been a great experience for Jaxon. He never complains about going and always has a good time. He likes the variety of everything and the games they play. He has liked all of the trainers he has had so far.

My 11 year old daughter joined D1, and it has been a great boost in her overall confidence. She puts in the work and is encouraged by the trainers, who push her and motivate her, but also recognize her skills! I highly recommend D1!
